Delivery

The vast majority of our deliveries are made using our own staff and transport to ensure the product arrives in the condition expected.

Occasionally there is the need to use external carriers to assist in fulfilling our delivery promises.

To keep lead times to a minimum we keep stock of raw materials in standard and commodity form. Certain specialist and engineering grades are held but are usually bought in for a specific requirement.

All orders are acknowledged, usually within 24 hours of receipt, with a specific delivery date.
