Flexible Extrusions

We manufacture flexible materials in a wide range of hardnesses. A large range of colours are available (250 standard colours).

These comprise filled grades, unfilled grades (pure crystal vinyl) and food grades. Some are suitable for outdoor use as they are UV stabilised. Colouring is achieved by both compounds purchased and masterbatch addition. 

Santoprene^® is used widely by Polyplas and is perhaps best known for use in peristaltic pump tubes.  This material is available in food and drug approved (FDA), medical and general use grades.  We have a wide range of tooling available ranging from 66 m/m outer diameter to 1.6 m/m inner diameter.
