Innovation at Polyplas Extrusions has extended to the packaging of finished products.

The company devised “modular” cardboard packing. This makes stacking easier whilst providing better protection for the product, as well as providing virtually custom-designed packs. The longest straight lengths able to be packaged in cardboard boxes are 3100 m/m lengths, anything above this up to 6000 m/m lengths are packaged in polyethylene sleeving.

In tune with environmental concerns, we supply returnable packaging wherever possible including plastic tubs mainly for glazing industry, large wooden spools and stillages for cut length profiles.
